Steps involved in registration

- Step 2: Apply for Class 3 DSC
- Step 3: Preparation and submission of MoA, AoA and other forms with RoC
- Step 4: RoC issues the Incorporation certificate along with the Company PAN and TAN.

- ID Card (Voter ID/Passport/Driving License)

- Passport-sized photograph and specimen signature of Directors
Registered Office Proof
- Utility Bill (latest bank statement/telephone or mobile bill/electricity or gas bill)
- Rental Agreement in English, if Rented.
- No-objection Certificate from the property owner
- Scanned copy of sale deed/property deed in English (in case of owned property)
