Registration Steps

In order to get a Copyright registered it needs to be follow the procedures as mentioned in the Copyright Act. The Procedure is as follows

  • Step 1: Filing of Copyright Application
  • Step 2: Mandatory waiting period of 30 Days.
  • Step 3: If Formality check is passed and no objection, the work will be Accepted.
  • Step 4: If accepted, The Registry will issue the Registration Certificate
